
Spinach Fry.. a very healthy and easy to prepare curry which can be served with chapathis/phulkas/rice. Ingredients: Spinach leaves - 2 big bunches. wash the leaves thoroughly to remove the mud , drain the water and chop . Onions- 1 big chopped Garlic pods - 4 or 5, chopped Green chillies - 4 ( adjust the spice levels according to preference) Cumin seeds - 1 and 1/2 spoon Ginger - small piece Grind the chillies, cumin and ginger coarsely without adding water. Turmeric powder - 2 pinches For seasoning : mustard seeds and urad dal salt to taste oil - 3 spoons.. The above are the ingredients required to prepare the Spinach Fry /Palak fry/పాలకూర ఫ్రై.
