રવિવારે મેં બહુજ જુના કુંડ સાથે મંદિર, અભાપુર મુલાકાત લીધી હતી. 15મી સદીના આ પૂર્વાભિમુખ ભગ્ન શિવાલયની વિદ્યમાન જંધા પાર દેવ -દેવીઓ ઉપરાંત અપ્સરા ,તાપસ અને વ્યાળના શિલ્પો છે. મંડપની જળવાયેલી પદિકાનો ભાગ અલંકૃત છે મંદિરની વાયવ્યે સમારકામ થયેલો પરંપરાગત કુંડ છે. નજીકમાં શિવ ત્રાયતનનાં બે ગૌણ મંદિરના અવશેષો છે આ ગૌણ મંદિરો લક્ષ્મીનારાયણ અને શક્તિના છે. Temple with Kund, Abhapur This East-Facing Shiva temple and the Kund behind,both in sandstone , date from the 15th Century. The temple with only sanctum and Mandap surviving has figures of gods and goddesses, Asparas and Vyalas (mythical animals). the Arrangment of the Kund steps is distinctive starting at right angles to the sides and turning at the landing to become parallel to them.
