I was making my way toward the end of the level when I heard the same enemy commands over and over again. I broke out from cover to see this pair of goons yelling back and forth about reinforcements and having insufficient forces. The exact dialog lines (I think) are "Send reinforcements" followed by "Forces insufficient." I also hear "I copy that" every once in a while. EDIT: The huge FPS drop in the beginning is due to a combination of Fraps and this game being optimized pretty poorly. Turning off v-sync via the menu apparently does NOTHING and a few other video options don't seem to do anything either.
